because I sent one to a buyer who had already paid. DUH!
I know I've seen the link on here, but didn't save it.

I am going to bump this to the top because I have read here that a buyer can be suspended after a certain number of npb's.
I believe you remove it in the same area where you went to send it.
capotasto is not correct. If you have filed for your NPB, it can count against the buyer if not removed which could lead to warnings or suspension (then again, if they aren't paying up & getting other NPBs filed against them, perhaps they deserve it). If you have settled your problem, you can go to the above location to remove it.
