I recently had a pair of OU/Tulsa tickets on auction. Because of the terrorist attack, the game was rescheduled and the winning bidder can't attend. How do I go about getting my listing fees/FVF refunded from eBay without going through the NPB process? I think this has been discussed before but I never thought I'd have to do this so didn't pay attention. I think I remember something about filing somewhere that the two parties mutually agree to nullify the auction...Thanks for help and advice...

Yes, when you file the NPB (you MUST go to this first), there's a section where you can choose "both parties mutually agree not to continue". It doesn't count against the buyer & you get your FVF back quickly.
