I am in a bad situation with another seller. The short story is that I paid, never got the item or promised refund. Seller is jerking me around and gave a neg to me (after I gave them one)
I expected the neg, I can handle that. The neg looks much worse for them, it was a line of obvious lies in return for my "Seller never sent item or refund lies in feedback. Sad" feedback (this is their 8th of the same kind, so it is not just me).
I know the money is gone forever, but I want them to learn a leson about stealing money from bidders. I sent payment via check/US Mail. Is there a way to file criminal charges?
When sellers like this are allowed to stay on Ebay we all lose. I want people to feel safe on Ebay, if they do this to a bunch of newbies the newbies will never bid again...
Any ideas would be considered... (I know this is only one side of the story, but I do have Emails to document this whole mess. I am not makng anything up and have been very patient...the neg was only dropped after MANY lies and excuses. I hardly ever neg anyone)

kyms: Hate to hear of your problem with ANOTHER one of THOSE sellers. You are to be congratulated on hitting them with a neg however! Until we ALL quit being afraid of the dredded "retailitory neg", sellers (and deadbeats!) will continue to get away with whatever they feel like!
Since eBay seems unlikely to police its own problems....use feedback to help them along!
Praise the ones that are great....
Neutralize the ones for OBVIOUS screwups & s&h gouging....
