Hello,
I recently purchased a handheld computer on Ebay and finally received the package. I found that 2 items were missing. This is my first problematic case, how shall I proceed?
What if the seller refuses to send me the missing items or refuses to acknowledge that anything is missing? What to do in those cases?

Before you panic, just email the seller and calmly point out that there are some items missing. Hopefully, they'll be willing to send them out to you.
Make sure the items aren't hiding anywhere in the packing! mary

Was the item sold as "New"? Were the items missing mentioned as included in the auction description? Are you sure the missing items aren't optional accessories? If the answer is yes to all of those, then contact the seller and politely explain your situation. Do not use any threating phrases, or abrasive language. Simply explain that you know how mistakes can happen, and ask him to send you the missing parts as soon as possible. No sense in advising you what to do beyond that until it happens. Hope that helps!

Thanks for your support so far. I've sent an email stating that a few items were missing and now I'm waiting for a reply.
Yes the item is stated as "new" (though I do not believe it was new because of the missing items) with all accessories listed in the auction listing itself. And no, they are certainly not optional items.
I'm just worried the seller will refuse to believe anything was missing. I believe the items were intentionally left out or was overlooked by the seller when he packaged it.
