Let's say you have a BIN item and someone bids lower than the BIN price so the BIN option goes away. If you cancel that person's bid, does the BIN price reappear?

When I originally wrote this note I was considering cancelling someone's bid. An entirely different bidder made me actually do it. And the answer is: YES the BIN reappears if you cancel someone's "lower than BIN" bid.
