We've had threads about items that won't sell and threads about items that sell three times and are never paid for.
Sold this widget three times to deadbeats - all with BIN. Fourth time's the charm - just got paid for the item! Yay!

Hey, sadie, don't celebrate yet. The check will bounce...or the buyer will do a chargeback...or demand a refund...or do a buy-and-switch... JUST KIDDING!
But I know what you mean about jinxed items. I had one $10+ item in great condition that would get over 150 page views at each listing, but NO bids even when the opening bid was $4.99. I finally put it out at my garage sale...and it didn't sell even at $1.00! It's sitting in a box right now waiting for me to decide which relative will get it as a gift. Let's see...who do I not like?

I've had a couple of these. (one was a fairly expensive item) The second and third time you get deadbeated on the same item, it's a real drag.

Don't ya love it when you finally give up on some jinxed item, give it to the thrift store, then see it there with "collectible" written all over it & some high price?
I often feel like burying mine in the backyard as a ward against more jinxed items coming onto the property. Wonder if that would actually work? Then again, if it did, I might have to bury my husband there as well.
