All these types of links are in your MyEbay.

In the selling section/there are links to block bidding, revise, all kinds of easy links.

In the Account section, there are links to the NPB process.

You don't have to try & find all these in the "site" section, just go to your MyEbay pages & all this stuff is there down in the tools section.
