I was triple billed last night and the company that Paypal says I paid DID NOT GET ANY MONEY AND DOES NOT EXPECT ANY! I tried callimg but was HUNG UP ON by some nasty female customer service person (after saying she refused to even let me speak to a supervisor)! I need some answers and they better come quickly!
I really like this service, but after double billing me twice this week and now TRIPLE billing me... You are about to lose me as a member!
I have also requested a name change via Email so my wife can deal with these situations on the phone, but no answer from Paypal! So I have to take time away from my day job to deal with this!
Our paypal name is [email protected] and I expect an email with some explainations SOON!
Do You want my business? Or shpuld I just take my business elsewhere??

Well from the reading fo your past I would say you were just a wee bit upset.
I suggest you drop a note to [email protected] he has often been helpful when folks had problems..... I am also fairly certain he can help with a rude employee.
I did post some information about some issues with the debit cards that are being resolved (this should take no longer than several days at the latest).
I did notice that the charges were small. Were they done as a pre-authorization for a purchase from a vendor?
