After auction closes the email address of the buyer will not show up in the Post Sales option which results in not being able to send out WBN.

I've had the same problem with Seller's Assistant Basic and Auction Submit.

However, I found that if I went ahead and told it to send a winning bidder notice that it does go to them, but goes through eBay.

Another way to keep you from making a sale off-line?

I've noticed this too. It seems to be a function - or rather a mis-function (is there such a word?) of the new "keep me logged in" thing. You are kept logged in, for most things, but some things, like ability to see your winning bidder's email won't work. I've found that you just need to sign in again .. even though you are already signed in technically. The second signing in does result in being able to see the addies.

I suppose that someone should ask about &/or report this glitch to eBay.

Sign in to ebay and bring up a list of your auctions (seller search, including past 7 days for example) and click on "see winning bidder emails".

Weirdly enough, you can also see it in the bidding history, though not on the actual page.

I print the auction page as my hard copy for notes, etc. Up 'til last night I could see the winning bidder's email on the page, but no more. It kind of bites, because by having printed somewhere, I had a tiny bit of protection against my whole computer crashing. (I have a back up if it happens, but this was nice also.)

videonut60,

I have SAB and it's a little trickier w/the new sign in but it does eventually work.

You can use the "Refresh Current" button to update any individual item. Using the "Refresh All" button now takes several minutes. The screen sits there but it will eventually update. It helps if you are already signed in at ebay when you try it.

Hopefully they'll make it faster w/the release of the one currently beta testing which will also hopefully resolve the relist problems SAB has.
