Hi
If this has been asked and answered before I apologize.
Do WebTV users have difficulty seeing or filling in AW's Winning bidder notifications? I have a bidder that claims she never got my WBN or the subsequent reminder(s) and the NPB from Ebay was the first thing she received from me and she wa a bit testy at that one.
At any rate it got me to thinking that maybe WebTV is quirky with forms. Anyone have first hand experience?

AW's programs are not Webtv or Macintosh friendly. And with over a million Webtv users and even more mac users, you are going to have problems when you require customers to click on unfamiliar web pages to complete the sale.
Not to mention the resistance many PC users have as well. These programs/services may seem easier to you, but they lead to many customer problems - and what happens if AW is down? That's why I do it the old fashioned way, with personal emails, and avoid bidding on any auction that requires me to fill out seller forms.
I am difficult, but it is my money. If you want it, you will make buying easy and friendly, not insist that customers go through hoops to pay you.

I understand that not everyone here uses AW services and the automated WBN. However, for me it works. I've never had a customer complain about it on either of my selling IDs. It keeps ME organized. If it doesn't work for you thats fine...but don't chastise me for using it.
If for some reason a buyer didn't want to use the automated WBN I have no issue with that. I can accept an email with the buyers address and payment method. If I don't hear from the buyer I do send a standard email reminder ( as I did in this case).
