Is there any way I can block out a specific bidder from bidding on my items? I can do it on Yahoo! but I can't seem to find the same function on eBay. Can anyone help?

Look under the seller guide, it tells you how to do this.

Click on "site map" at the top of the ebay screen. Then click on "bidder managerment" (center row halfway down), and ban the bidder you want to ban...
