Where did this come from???
On My Ebay bidding page "Don't Get Outbid. Sign up now for new eBay Alerts"
Seemed odd..I thought I had set my preferences to get outbid notices.
OK...I'll bite. I clicked the link and GET THIS......
It is Microsoft.Net Alerts.
Get outbid notices
Get EOA notices
Step one: Sign in to Microsoft Passport, or register.....
Are BIDDERS going to have to register with MS Passport to get Outbid Notices and EOA's ???
When you register for Passport MS wants so much personal information I am surprized they don't require a DNA sample so they can track you online and off line for the rest of your life!!

Could this be another way for ebay to be greedbay? I bet they get so much for each person who signs up. And of course microsoft gets lots of info. Who knows what they will use it for? They must make money too.
