Tearing my hair out tonight with this one!
Everytime I try to leave feedback for my bidders I get this message:
"Input Error
One of the parameters received was invalid for this function. This probably means that your browser had
problems with the form or you invoked the function incorrectly. Please go back and try again. If you're using an
old bookmark, you may need to rebookmark it due to recent changes to protect your privacy. We are aware of
the problem and are working tirelessly to resolve it as quickly as possible."
I have re-bookmarked my seller's list, cleaned all cookies from my 'puter, and re-logged into eBay, but I am still getting this message. I have had someone leave me feedback tonight, so it is working for them. What am I doing wrong?...or is this one of eBay's changes that is creating this?

I left a bunch of feedback this morning with no problems. When I tried to finish up this afternoon, I kept getting that message. Meanwhile I received three feedbacks late this afternoon and have not been able to reciprocate. Go Figure!

I use Netscape 4.7 as well.
I also tried Explorer...same thing.
Maybe it depends on what cgi server that eBay has you on? I notice some people are on cgi1...cgi2, etc?

runaroundsue - I was having the same problem, but was able to post feedback by going to the Feedback Forum and viewing all transactions/pending feedback.

I did try accessing it through My Ebay, and it didn't work, so I hunted around for the link to Feedback Forum....they don't make these things easy to find, do they?
Anyhow, found the link by clicking on my own feedback #, and then at the top of the page the Feedback Forum link drops down. Works like a charm.

I have noticed that several times when I leave feedback it somehow does not take. When I leave it, it looks fine, but when I go to my feedback to leave page, the item still appears.

HAVING TROUBLE TOO with leaving feedback & getting into my ebay ~ sometimes it works and some times it doesn't ~ got to keep trying !

yes and no- got the feedback to eBay ok but when I tried to leave something under ebaymotors I couldn't get in. Then I tried again 15 minutes later and got in with out a problem. No Rhyme or reason.
