Maybe if there's any interest we could think about starting an eBay get-together group like they're doing in Portland, OR and Vegas? Any ideas?

The winters really make me suffer! Settled my case and now I can live closer to me family...the grand-kiddies are growing up TOO fast: 8 & 5 yo girls and then HRH, THE PRINCE finally came along (he just turned 2)!
Although THE HUB is my #1 favorite city in the UNIVERSE, the simple fact is that I got a beautiful 1br APT in JAX on busline with TWO pools, lakefront for $600! I'm paying almost $1200 for a slum here in Quincy!
