I understand that when listing in more that one category we pay double listing fees, but what about the reserve fee?
for instance, what would it cost to list an item with $200.00 reserve?

You would pay the refundable $1.00 reserve fee for each category you list in. So it would be a max of 2 bucks + the listing fees at your reserve price.
