I don't seem to be able to use Auctiva Manager or Poster and can't access their website. Anyone else having trouble?
Really frustrating that this expensive software has failed 2 weeks in a row and we can't even file a support request!

Auctiva has been having problems for quite some time now. You might want to check out their message board (I'd post it here but it's not allowed). Tom from Auctiva finally responded to some posts over there, I guess their servers were "attacked" somehow, and they are trying to fix the problems.

Auctiva has been having some problems, but as for your post about auctiva being EXPENSIVE.....
They charge no fees at all to post, only a monthly subscription fee. I post 5000+ auctions per week between my accounts, and if I had to pay an auction management company a per item fee, I'd go broke. Auctiva may be expensive for a smaller seller who posts an auction here or there, but if that is the case, why even use auction software.
