Is anyone else having a difficult time getting scheduled auctions to list tonight??
I am totally frustrated. I had auctions listed to start launching at 9:15 tonight and it is now 11:40PM and still have 4 to go.Half of them have come back with error messages and then finally launch. Does anyone think this might have something to do with the increase in pricing?? I am about ready to skip over to another auction service. Anyone else having the same trouble?
Thanks ahead of time,
The Duchess

Hello,
Sunday night is eBay and subsequently AW's busiest night for listing. The Engineers are aware of the latency issue Users are experiencing and are monitoring the situation.

Hello Michelle,
I also was having a lot of difficulty launching my ads tonight. Sadly, I had planned on launching a ton tonight!
Now this is my problem...Most of my ads that were stuck in processing have completely disappeared. I cannot find them anywhere. They did not launch and they are no longer listed as processing.
Any ideas where they may have gone? Or why they disappeared?

Michelle...Thanks for such a quick response!!
I realize Sunday is very busy for both AW and Ebay and have been patient in the past. But tonight is beyond patience!! It is now 3 hours later and only 2 out of 11 of my auctions are processing. But you have to understand, I use the launch at a scheduled time for a reason. By the way, is the increase in fees for Oct 1 pacific time or eastern time?

I'm sorry but I don't have a clue the Moderators don't have the same access that the Customer Care Reps do, so I can't even take a look at your account.

Believe me, I understand your frustration Re the fees - AW operates in Pacific Standard time. I assume they bill accordingly too.

Count me in. Had only one auction, but labored over it, hit LAUNCH NOW at 8:48. At 11:38 it was stuck in processing w/(unknown) error. The new fee structure certainly crossed my mind. I've placed it in SAVE, as I can't imagine many snipers being awake to fight over it. I'll have to pay the piper's new fee tomorrow
