I decided to do An "Auction for America". I don't take BillPoint, BUT decided to Sign up for the sake of the Auction. I used my PayPal debit card to sign up with Billpoint ( I know kind of "ironic" ), today I notice a $1 charge FROM Billpoint pending. It's Not Free just to sign up with Billpoint??!!?? I didn't use Billpoint EXCEPT to list the Auction. What did I miss here.

Yes some credit and debit card companies wont allow them to just run a charge for $0 they must charge some amount $1 or more the company will return the $1..
