How can it be 2 weeks late? September just ended 2 days ago.. don't they bill you on a month-to-month basis? That's what they always do with me, but I never receive a "bill" because I pay it in full every month before the last day of the month to avoid my credit card getting billed.

executive girl, some of us are billed on the 15th of the month. mine came in right on time. maybe check your account on ebay?

I've been selling on ebay almost since it began. They always send and invoice between the 1st and the 7th, we are actually billed a week later usaully on or around the 15th. They are always slow when there is some kind of promotion going on like A4A, free listing day, or some other thing. I think they have to tweek the system to account for the promo's.
To be on the safe side be sure to check your account status page. But it's probably just this A4A promo.

I checked my invoices, the earliest ebay has ever sent my invoice have was the 16th of the month, and that was in February.
