I'm hoping that someone here can help me with this. I was told that this looks like a Shawnee bowl, Tiara pattern, but the book I have doesn't have any pictures of this pattern. I also have a teal/green bowl just like this. They measure about 14 1/2" across and about 4" high and are pretty heavy. They are smooth on the inside and are textured (from the pattern) on the outside.

Every book I ever read on Shawnee was about pottery. Are we talking about the same company or is there a glass co called Shawnee?
I can't tell from the pic if it pottery or glass. I'm leaning towards pottery.

Hazel Atlas Glass did that funky squiggly lined fired on color during the 50's and 60's. Think it is too cool! If it is indeed glass, check out Hazel Atlas. (As an aside, checked the Shawnee pottery book, and Tiara it is not! If pottery, may be Touche--but you say it is glass.--So be it. )
