I'm not sure. When I think of fedora, I think of a bit wider brim and the brim turned down in the front. But it's more "fedora" than "cowboy".

Any opinions?

Thanks!

Nope, not a fedora.

Name is on the tip of my fingers and won't come out.

It looks like a fedora to me. I just checked my hat books and it looks just like a 1966 fedora pictured.

Fedora style crown + narrow brim = Porkpie hat. Got a few of them and they wear real nice.

I kinda thought this was a Porkpie hat. The model is a young Jimmy Page.

Nice Jimmy pic.BTW loosecannon.

I think of pork-pie hats with shorter brims, and stiffer..rather like those German Loden-cloth, mit feather, jobs; or the Norman Rockwell style hats that always seemed a tad too small, and perched precariously.

It's similar in size and shape to a British "Trilby" hat, seen in film-noir; but were usually made of woven wool or gaberdine-like material. Yours seems more "felty".

How about "Short brim" Pimp-style fedora/trilby hat. P@rky!

You like Jimmy too? I've got a small Jimmy Page/Led Zeppelin memorabilia collection.
