I've taken Billpoint for a long time... Never had a problem with them.
Last night I had a big bunch of auctions end, I send out my usual EOA's about two hours later. This morning, I have replies from three of the bidders: "I paid through Billpoint right after the auction ended."
Okay, so that was over 12 hours ago. Where are my Billpoint notification emails?!?!?!?

That's happened to me a few times lately too... had an auction end, never heard from the bidder, about 2 weeks later filed for NPB alert, still no response. 10 days later I filed for my FVF, negged her, relisted, and THEN she decides to notify me that she had paid via Billpoint as soon as the auction ended. Looked, and yep, she was right, there it was! Of course, her emailing me at least ONCE during the transaction could have avoided a lot of headaches AND a neg....
That's happened a few times in the past couple months where a customer paid with Billpoint and I never received the notification. I RELY on those notifications and it screws everything up when I don't receive them.

This is what has happened to me twice in the past week: when I checked my Billpoint "Current Sales" page the transactions in question weren't listed in the normal "Orders Placed, orders paid and cleared in the last 5 days" category but rather in the "Orders Being Processed, Orders undergoing quality review" section. When I then clicked on the Order Ref ID icon for this transaction the Order History said, "order held for review, held for too many different credit cards used." In both cases this "review" took about 24 hours to clear, at that point Billpoint emailed me and notified me that the payment had gone thru.
I suggest trying what I did, perhaps your transactions are also undergoing the mysterious Billpoint "quality review" .

Thank you all for drawing my attention to this Billpoint problem.
I just checked my Billpoint account and sure enough I received a payment on Sept 25 for an auction that ended that evening.
I sent out the EOA notice and never heard from the bidder. I was just getting ready to send a 2nd notice when I read this post.
I'm an occasional seller and usually rely on Billpoint notifications of payment.
Guess I'll check my account regularly after my auctions end from now on.

I have had this as a regular problem with Billpoint. If your going to use Billpoint, you have to check your account everyday. I have took the Billpoint off my autions and only use it if a customer wants to pay that way.I'd rather use Paypal or them send the payment.

Very odd... I don't state Billpoint as one of my options but had a winner pay that way today, he sent me an email, and I got the BP notification right away.
