I asked this question awhile ago and I went to ebay and set up another user ID and it has been nothing but Frustration, and I MEAN frustration. I have my new user ID. I put on my credit card #, same as the old one, signed up and now I can't launch an auction because ebay says they don't have my credit card information. I have been with customer support I don't know how many times and I gave up. I waited 2 weeks and now I am trying again the sos. It says I am already registered, and I cannot launch an auction because they don't have my credit card number. If I have put it in once I have done it about 10 times tonight. I even gave them a different credit card. Customer support will not talk with me over the phone it has to be in an email and I think they don't understand what I want. All I want is another user ID. Is there anyone out there with any suggestions. Now I am off to take my Zoloft, double dose. Thanking you in advance.

You may have already done this but here is my idea:
When you enter your credit card number make sure you put in the spaces. I recently changed my credit card number and had a heck of a time, until I put the spaces in.
