I was just scanning ebay in search of somewhere to waste some excess PP $$ when I came across the following statement is someones auction TOS......
"We DO NOT accept BillPoint, because BillPoint allows THEFT by deception. If you are a BillPoint user, we highly recommend reviewing their policies."
Anyone got any ideas what is meant by that statement????

Probably that Billpoint is the one with the billing addresses, but does not tell you if it matches when you ship.
So, a fraudulent credit card can be used, and you are none the wiser until a chargeback comes through.
