I keep trying to register with billpoint and get this error message (I don't have a billpoint account):
You are already registered with Billpoint
Sorry, we are unable to process this registration. You may only create one Billpoint account for each eBay account.
To log in to your Billpoint account, please go to the "My Account" section of My eBay. If you have not created a Billpoint account, please contact Billpoint Customer Care at http://www.billpoint.com/customercare/.

Ebay must not want people to register with billpoint very badly. I've been unable to register for several days now. This is the email I wrote them about it:
"I keep trying to register for a billpoint account, but it gives me this
error message:
You are already registered with Billpoint
Sorry, we are unable to process this registration. You may only create
one Billpoint account for each eBay account."
After this, I received a message back from them. It was fairly obvious no one even read my email. Here is their message:
"To log in to your Billpoint account, please go to the "My Account"
section of My eBay. If you have not created a Billpoint account, please
contact Billpoint Customer Care at
http://www.billpoint.com/customercare/."
I responded with this (My previous email to them was included inside the email response back to them):
"I do not have a billpoint account."
Their response to this:
"Dear *******:
Thank you for taking the time to write Billpoint.
Unfortunately, I'll need some more information to research this situation for
you. If you could send me a more detailed message with specifics (item numbers,
user ids or any other pertinent information) then I'll get right on top of this
for you.
Should you have any other questions or comments regarding this matter, please
contact us at [email protected].
Sincerely,
Billpoint Customer Care"
Again it was obvious they never read the message(s). I guess I just won't have a billpoint account then. Geez

I had the same problem with Cit2 or whatever it's called. Tried to register during the free listing thing. Had tried once before but it didn't go through-stalled on one of the many pages you have to go through. Then tried again and they said I aready had an account. Whatever-haven't tried since.
