I have done this in the past but don't remember the exact way to do it. If I recall, I email the bidder and instruct them NOT TO BID on any of my auctions in the future and cc this mesaage to safeharbor at ebay. Is this correct?
The situation is the PUSHY JERK bought an item from me on an auction and paid by check. The auciton anded on 9-30, his check was sent to me from Florida on 10-3 and arrived in Michigan on 10-6. Even though the TOS require checks to clear, I sent it on 10-6. When I returned to my computer and used the AW system for giving feedback, I gave him positive fb because he paid in the time limits. I then checked my fb from other users, I found that this person gave me a neutral for slow service. I responded with only the facts.
I have checked his fb and found he was given a neg for the same thing he did to me. Another ebayer gave him a neutral for being pushy about not receiving the item when he paid with a check.
Also, should I email the other user of closed auctions that had the same problems that I had and ask them to block him form in the future.
P.S. The reason that I asking this question is that I will be listing a related auction item that he may want to bid on. He is not worth the problem and this item will bring a nice profit without his bid.

You can suggest other sellers block him, but that is up to them and might be construed as auction interference. I no longer contact other sellers regarding bad bidders because someone might not understand my intentions.
