Am in the midst of ninety auctions closing. Ebud won't retrieve emails. I am running the most current version of software. 24 hours later NO RESPONSE from the miserable excuse for Customer Support. This product is simply useless for anyone trying to run a business, and the lack of customer support is positively shameful.

Auctiva does work. I run 11,000 auctions/week, and it works just fine for me. Are you using 2.85? Check out auctiva's help board. That may help you.

Mine's working nicely. Midwest is right...go to the help board. When I had a problem, it was solved within an hour. No kidding.

I don't use Ebud or any of Auctiva's "Power Tools" but I do use Eposter. And currently their pics are down.... AGAIN.....

I had a problem yesterday with email addresses coming back with a strange character at the beginning which rendered this function non-functional. I have no idea if it is fixed today.
I have something like 600 days left on my subscription. If it keeps on like this, I simply can't waste time as well as money on this software.
Certainly there has to be a better way to resolve these problems than a Customer Service staff that sends me a closed case dated early September that says they haven't heard from me in 3 days.
Seems that their basic functions don't work so how can we expect complex programs to work? Does John still work for these guys? I want him back.

I use Auctiva, Poster and Manager and I am not having any problems with either at the moment. I closed all my auctions on Sunday night, all information was received correctly and the new auctions (40 of them) posted first time without a hitch.
I'm on 2.85D with WinME and IE 5.5. I don't know if I am just lucky or not but I have no complaints with Auctiva I love it.
Its strange that it works fine for some people and not others. If I ever do have a problem with it I just re-install the program and that normally works. I'm not talking about eBay changes here, if that is the case I just get the latest update as soon as it is available.
vogeldanl: Why are you having to leave feedback manually? If you are referring to the ebay sign in problem, just sign in and then use your back button and then leave the feedback as normal. This is a very slight inconvenience, but has only started happening since ebay changed their sign in, it's not a big problem.
