I had a few auctions end a few weeks ago, and did not get paid. Since the events the last few weeks, I wanted to give them some extra time in case there were personal problems involved. I had sent 3 reminders, some responded and said they would pay, some have never responded. Well had ebay contact them today, and just received first response from one of the bidders, and he said he paid by billpoint and sent me email on Monday about it. Number one..did not receive any email from him on Monday or any other day before today, Number two....!!! I am not signed up with billpoint, never have been, and do not list that option in my auctions, or in the autoresponder!!! PEOPLE,,,,sometimes don't know where they learn to read. Well now what? I take checks, M.O., and Paypal. Tough one to understand there, Ha, Ha!!

If your not signed up with billpoint there is no way the buyer could have paid you that way. Either he meant he paid with paypal (and he used a wrong email addy so you never got it), or he is confusing your auction with another he paid for which DID take billpoint.
I would ask him to send me a copy of the email he sent as a first step in trying to get to the bottom of it.
Last possability is he never sent payment and is bluffing.
