Hopefully, the good people here can help me out: will I be able to accept PayPal from an international bidder (he's in Germany) with my regular Paypal account?
Here the situation: I have a personal, verified PayPal account. It's the same personal-level account I had before PayPal ever even spun off premier and business accounts, much less accepted international transactions. I had a note in my auctions requesting that bidders outside the US contact me before bidding on my items, but this buyer didn't so, becuase he took my items at my Buy-It-Now price. While I'm very happy to have sold them for the BIN price, and I'd have no problem sending the items to this gentleman in Germany (he realizes that he'll pay more for shipping than the US quote listed in the auction), he wishes to pay via PayPal.
Will it be a problem for me to accept, with the account I have? Will he still have a PayPal-verified address for me to limit my shipping to? I tried taking a quick look around the PayPal site, buy what I saw seemed to imply that I'd need an international account myself, which I'm sure I don't have. If anyone could help me clarify this, it would be greatly appreciated.

I've had several non-US PayPals where I've had to accept or decline payment because the address is ALWAYS unverified. It seems it's something in the Paypal software that nothing outside of the U.S. is EVER verified. After a few doublechecks of the address, I usually just accept it and everything's cool.
