9 months later and I still can't do it either. Ebay will be of no help. Others will try to help you. It will all sound so complicated. Good Luck. Never make anothe listing mistake.

Try using Netscape. I had the same problem for months with IE and someone here recommended using Netscape to revise and I've never had a problem since. Also the Opera browser seems to work. For some reason IE is incompatible with the revise function on Ebay and although they've had millions of complaints about it, no one has bothered to fix it.

Most of my browser related issues have cleared up when I added more memory. If you are using anything less than 128mb of memory, spend a few bucks and upgrade.
eBay's listing and relisting is rather slow and they use lots of fatware. More memory makes a real difference.
