I have been receiving harassing and threatening emails from a bidder. She was nasty from the very beginning. I sent her item out, and she posted + feedback. Now this witch is claiming that she never received item.
I have forwarded her emails to safeharbor, but you know they never do anything. I don't want my kids to accidentally open one of her nasty notes, which she sends through "ebay ask seller as question" feature.
I have decided to take time off and block emails from ebay "ask seller" format.
If I do resume listing, I will have a zero tolerance to nastiness policy. If the initial email starts off nasty, I will not honor the auction and forward email to safeharbor. I don't feel that I should have to put up with threats and I won't.
It's too bad ebay allows this to continue unchecked.

You too!! I just had a doosy. Mean , nasty email , and in each one the threat of neg FB if I didn't comply with her rediculous demands.I finally sent the whole mess to safeharbor. In the meantime I got my neg from her , she called me a liar , etc , etc.Not much you can do...but I noticed she had 5 negs out of 160 feed back. I'm not going to lose sleep. You hang in there, I've been at this for almost 4 years, the good people far out number the bad.

Do not forget to put them on your bidders block, that way they can not bid on your future auctions and give you any more grief.

You also should leave feed back about her behaviour. The rest of also don't want to have to deal with people like that. BTW, she has been added to my blocked bidder list , along with a few others who have been "unpleasant ".

I also cannot believe the number of bidders lately who claim I never emailed them. I have my listing service send an email, I send a follow up email, and ebay sends an email.
If I don't hear from them, I send emails through "Send to a friend" feature and then send another.
Sometimes I only hear from them after I file a NPB.
This Tuesday is the last day I will ship anything. My last auction ended the end of September, so bidders have had ample time. If I don't receive a payment by Monday afternoon, all deadbeats are getting a NPB and a FVC a week later.
I plan to return any payments sent after that date. Those who never paid will get a deserving negative.
If it was only one or two bidders, I could deal with it, but I'm afraid some are using the WTC incident as a way to get out of their committments.

I have been complaining to EBAY for MONTHS that the way their email is sent makes my spam filter mark it as spam.
As for the email from your listing service, are you sure they aren't on a spam block? Email with a FROM on one ISP and sent from a second ISPs server is 99% likely to be spam. Email sent as BCC is probably spam.

Is this person's name Adrienne by any chance? She was one of my worse E-Bay experiences. Nasty from the beginning. An item was damaged in shipping and she stated that she believed I sold the item that way on purpose! @#$%&!
Too bad we can't say that "we have the right to refuse service to anyone" like they do in a brick and mortar stores.
I complained to safeharbor and they said that e-mail correspondence between you and your client is none of their concern and did nothing. Maybe you can report her to her ISP. Safeharbor was a waste of time, but may be important to document this event. Save all your e-mails with her and safeharbor.
