Does anyone by chance have a clue as to what this could be? The item in the first pic is only about 5 inches tall.

Are some of the dies hollow? I can't see the dies well enough to tell, but it looks like at least some of the dies may be used to set grommets.

Could it be a leather working set? We use a lot of tools like that to set grommets and snaps and poke holes in leather....however, it almost appeared that some of them looked like screwdrivers but I can't see well enough. We also hand carve leather so that might account for those that appear to be knives or screw drivers.
