Thanks,

If you live in a large enough city, check your yellow pages for box/shipping/container manufacturers. They often have LARGE rolls of it at very good prices.

If you have a Tuesday Morning in your town, they discard huge amounts of bubble wrap & you might make arrangements to pick it up for free.

What is a Tuesday morning?

Seems I have seen a store in the area but can't quite remember where and we have recently moved so I don't have a phone book yet.

Thanks...

D

Dee,

Tuesday Morning is a store which is only open certain days of the year (the rest of the time they are "restocking". They usually have a lot of nice "closeout" stuff from nice brands (I saw some Porthault sheets in there about a month ago).

When they are open, they are continually getting in new merchandise & have enough bubblewrap to raise the Titanic. They usually just toss it in the dumpster each evening & it's free to anyone who wants to get it.

Check your local listings.

the problem with picking up supplies thrown out by others is that they could be infested with cockroaches and silverfish or stains and god knows what?

bubblefast.com - the also sell on eBay.

Fast efficient company w/good prices. There are some sellers on eBay w/better prices, but I also took feedback into consideration when choosing.

Tuesday Morning gets the nice big bubble wrap. Unfortunately the one in my area only allows 2 pieces per customer. Too many Ebayers I guess.

my favorite - on ebay is
ShippingSupply.com
Not free -but if you order in bulk she'll save you on shipping. SUPER FAST delivery and very reliable. I'm a regular customer.
Great bubble envelopes if you sell books.

I also say bubblefast.com - Fast, friendly, great prices! I once got a shipment to my box (at mail boxes etc.) and the owner obviously saw who it was from, looked them up online, and they were cheaper than their supplier. I think they are going to order products from them to retail now.

I just go to my local Boxcity (boxcity.com) and pickup bubble wrap. Its cheaper than ordering online since you don't pay for shipping. Some of the online stores mentioned above though have a better selection though.
