Something happens with auctions I have launched again on eBay. From a closed listing I click on "relist" then "edit" to unclick the "featured in category $19.95" box under "Features" then I click "save" at the end of the page. When I check again, it has saved properly to relist this auction. The problem is that (it happenned 6 times on 10/14 and 10/11/01)the $19.95 is still accounted for when I receive my e-mail confirmation from eBay that the listing has been launched. I am updating an excell file where I record each time if I want the featured fee or not, I might have made one mistake but not 12. This should not happened, I am in it for about $240 in fees on eBay I did not intend to spend. I will need to talk to someone if needed, I am opened to doing a test on a item I would like to relist, you will see that unclicking the $19.95 fee does not carry over to eBay.

If you are able to cancel your feature auctions immediately, do so. Then send an e-mail to [email protected] explaining what happened. They will typically resolve and credit in a few days.
I had a home page feature on a $3.99 item a few months back. Boy, that would have been an expensive auction! Luckily, eBay credit my account since I ended my auctions as I discovered the mistake.
