I have just started selling on ebay, well in the last few months. I would like to use the fixed shipping option because I would like to list more things and allow AW to send out the WBN auctomatically, but I cannot do this without fixed shipping (or can I?) But I am getting emails from people all day long asking what the shipping would be as well, EVEN though I have it clearly stated in my auctions that shipping weight and what zip code it is being shipped from AND the web address to get the rate. But my question is HOW do you do fixed shipping rates? How do you figure out what to charge?

Thank you in advance
Jennifer

momoaustin,

In AuctionManager just below the category section, you get to choose to send WBN notices auctomatically and it allows you to put the shipping rate in for whatever methods you use. It can be different for each auction.

If you want each auction to be the same, you can set it up in preferences but I will quit while I'm ahead and refer you to the Customer Care experts to give you the details. They can be found here:

Good luck with your auctions!
