I GOT THAT MESSAGE FROM E BAY JUST NOW AFTER RE LISTING AN AUCTION. THERE WAS NO TEXT IN THE MESSAGE AREA. I WENT TO VIEW MESSAGE SOURCE AND THIS MESSAGE WAS THERE. "IF YOU ARE READING THIS MESSAGE UPGRADE YOUR E MAIL READER". HELP ME IF YOU CAN. I DON'T KNOW HOW TO UPGRADE IT. THANKS.

Here's a way usually done for all programs.
1. Go to the main web site of your email client.
2. Download the latest version on your hard drive. Take note where you saved it.
3. On you keyboard, hit the third key from the bottom located to the extreme left once.
4. Double click on the file you have downloaded twice. This should start your installation of the new version of your email client.
5. Follow the prompts given by the installation program. Reboot if asked.

It probably means that your e-mail program is unable to process the HTML contents of the message. Do you use Outlook? You should check if your mail reader supports HTML in the message.
