I found this in the trash & it looks interesting, but I have no idea what it is or even what you would use it for or how to list it. Maybe it's not worth it, but
{b}loosecannons{/b} Atmoray Ozone Generator has inspired me.
Will try to post some pictures.

They have thrown away lots of dental stuff & this light was probably from his office. Everyone in the building is having a field day picking over the trash.
Everything I picked up I thought, can I sell this on eBay!!! It's an addiction.

Nice light. Retail is about $350.00 to $450.00. Sold one that was used but a newer model than your on ebay for around $175.00. Not sure what they are going for now but should still be good. Have fun.

I wish I could find things like this in the dumpster.
The Atmoray flopped as far as I was concerned. It went cheap.
I did pick up a copy of "Road To Wellville". That's one of the funniest dang movies I've seen in a long time. My wife and I laughed and laughed some more. I had to watch it again tonight.

I've been watching your Atmoray auction & it hung in there for a few days at 51.00 & was glad to see if it went a little higher. Ya can't win em all, I guess.
Yes, that was a funny movie & based on a real quack and a real place. I've seen his bio on A&E. Try the book, it's on half.com for 75 cents. You will like it just as much & maybe even better.

Wow, great news, had no idea. What did you say in the title of your listing? I checked eBay for ideas & saw none listed.

Thanks for the address, will check that out after I post here. Would like to know what it was used for, would help in the discription.
upriver Mt first find, but hope not the last. Must say it was fun & there is lots more, think I will go back. I'm a believer.

No, didn't even have to go outside, most of the 250 foot halway is full of stuff that is being thrown away. The building is old & has been in receivership for about 10 years & no one will buy it. The electric bill owed is 80,000 & there is not enough money to pay it so it is being turned off anyday now. We moved right next door, so it was an easy move. The dumpster service is not picking up so everything is dumped in the hall, & lots of it. I never go to the office, my son does. Our phone was being moved to the new location yesterday & my son could not be there, so I went & while waiting I started to "trash pick" got lots of stuff, but it looks like the light was by far the best find. I almost didn't take it because I'm afraid to plug in something like that.
You can bet I will go outside from now on to check dumpsters. There have been many posts on AW about great finds as you can see by upriver's post.
So start diving & good luck & have fun.

Okay, NOW i'm convinced.. sigh, one of our local thrift stores, always has people dumpster diving at it. I was usually too embarassed to do it, but last Tuesday they threw away all their books, which I had known was coming, after buying a few items, I went outside & decided to take a peek, sure enough I found an OOP book that's worth atleast $18.99 (not alot, but hey there were only 5 books that I could easily pick out).
I think I'm going to look around more now. I know it's not illegal to dig in the trash, lol, but some of of the local junk stores, have big signs up that the POLICE WILL BE NOTIFIED.
I guess w/ any other business, you can always say you are looking for boxes, cuz u are moving.

Welcome to the crowd.

jhf2662: At the thrift store where I work, you WILL get caught. We have security guards on duty during off hours and all weekend long. We don't throw things out in a dumpster anyhow. What we do get rid of gets put on one of our trucks and is taken away. So whatever people are "diving" at our store, it is in the box of donations that we haven't even had a chance to look at ourselves.
Where my husband works they have huge dumpsters and the employees are told to stay away from it but they look anyways. Hubby actually came home one night and told me the one was loaded with books but he didnt get me any because he didnt know what I wanted. After a few choice words I told him to bring me as many as he could home. No big surprise that when he went back they were all gone. Grrr!

D.D is an OLD skill I acquired long ago before eBay. Places to look are; Military housing (they throw everything away when they move it seems) Up dating old buildings (I have a chandelier worth 100s in my house that I got at a hotel in Tennessee. Look at the wealthy part of town. Don’t be afraid to ask if you see something. Never tell them you are selling. You want it for your poor old house. Look poor. My rule #8 if you buy something and get something free, always take the free stuff first. (I once lost a baby grand piano that way. If some one gets mad at you, your defense, recycling vice land fills. Good luck
