OK, I have recieved an email from Square Trade from a filer requesting information about a disputed item. I do not feel that I misrepresented the item, and I can go into that more later, but I was just getting ready to hit the send button when I realized that I do not know if the other user is revieving the information in this, or does it go to someone else to read? I think we are still at the free stage, not the mediator stage yet. Any help? Anyone use them before?

Square trade is volantary you are under no obligation to respond
I was contacted by them a while back on a dispute
I felt what I had done was fair,I had no intention of doing anything further and I had no interest in getting a third party involved
I did not respond to squaretrade they sent me two emails then a final one saying they were sorry I choose not to respond.
I did email the bidder told him that I would not be participating with squaretrede.
Explained my postion in a little more detail.
It must have worked since he didn't neg me but accepted my postion.

Square Trade is for negative feedback removal and for good looks on your auction listing. I didn't know that you can file a case about a misrepresented item. I had a buyer who said I misrepresented the item because I called it "NEW," in which it was, considering it was a DVD "Blow," I watched it once and sold it the same week. The buyer said he would leave negative feedback because of a scratch. I told him to send it back and I would send him a brand new one. He sent it back and I sold it again as new. No complaints at all. SOB hasn't left feedback still and this was in late September. Some people can be such Jackasses!
I love Square Trade!
