Er..yes, as a matter of fact, it does. There are many threads begun by individuals asking, "Where do I find items to sell?"

eBay is even mentioned on the link that keziak has provided...

If you collect or need inventory this sale is for you! Lots of material for eBay resellers!

Dr. Trooth-
The moderators do a very good job of keeping us on topic. Practically the only time I see you post is when you say "Does this have anything to do with Ebay?" What do your posts have to do with buying or selling on eBay? Give it a rest - its not your job.

Well it's in Indiana, only about a thousand mile trip for me!

So shall we all start listing our local auctions in the ebay outlook here? I'm sure AW would like that.

I get a tabloid size newspaper every Tuesday called The Auction Exchange and Collectors News of auctions in Michigan and Northern Ohio and Indiana. If you ask the auctioneers there are probably local auction newspapers in your area. They have a site at -

I think that auction would be more successful if they auctioned regular sized books too.

Well I am soooooooo jealous! As I have stated in other threads our local libraries quit having book sales. Instead they sell by "store" method and that means rarely any paperbacks and high prices on books they think are collectibles.

While looking at the website listed on this thread I noticed that Goodwill was having a GIANT sale in Washington DC. NOW I know why they have had the same boring books at their store for the past year! NEVER any new selections because they all go to their annual book sales.

The link I posted made reference to a catalog that can be requested, and, I believe, off-site bids taken, so anyone here with motivation could potentially take advantage of it.

ThriftStoreQueen - I live in the DC suburbs and may hit that big Goodwill sale next month! My quandary, how to move all the books I'll want to buy to my car or the metro train! ; - )
