I have been away for a long time and have lost contact with what eBay will allow.
Is it now permissable to put a link to a web page in your listing?
If not, is it permissible to put a web page URL, without the link, in your listing?
How about a link to a web page in your "Me"?

The best thing to do is read the rules on eBay itself:

And make sure you check on a regular basis - the rules change depending on what day of the week it is

An updated links policy came out last week. http://pages.ebay.com/help/community/png-links.html

NO links to websites are allowed, static or clickable, from your view auction or AboutMe page unless it it is strictly a page w/additional terms & conditions.

But the major part of your terms/conditions MUST be stated on your auction view page.
