I thought I heard that Endicia has free delivery confirmation, is that true?

If so then I wouldn't have to print out the DC label from the USPS, right?

That's right. Endicia will print the DC, address, and postage indicia all on the same label at the same time.

It's free for priority mail, twelve cents for media mail.
