I am wondering if anyone is receiving their payments in the mail that have been opened? I have had alot lately,the payments are still in the envelope, but the envelope has been opened.Some envelopes have a hole cut in the bottom as well.

I saw on the news that The Us Postal service will be opening regular envelopes for inspection because of the Anthrax scare. They should at least tape them up when they get done.
