eBay is great, until you have a problem!
Then they don't want to know, customer "support" don't take the time to read any email you send them, and basically they don't give a s**t!!!

Sorry if I sound bitter, but over last weekend eBay had a computer system problem which resulted in me being seriously SPAMMED (I received about 3000 emails over two days). Ebay have finally admitted it was their problem but at the time customer support at eBay just tried to pass the buck and blamed my ISP for the junk emails. At one point they even threatened to NARU me because I sent a few of the junk emails back and posted some messages here on Round Table.

I'm VERY disappointed in eBay and intend to take my business elsewhere in future. I've worked hard on eBay over the last couple of months and feel totally betrayed by their lack of support when I had my first problem. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
