I never knew this! And I do a lot of browsing on ebay.
I'm glad I don't rely on them to get my items for auction.
Nice to know that the employee's aren't taking all the valued stuff for themselves. I hope they get that $1000.00 starting bid on that pair of jeans! hehe!!

Gina50 I've emailed you.
It appears that this is one of the Goodwill distribution centers. If anyone else knows of any others on ebay I'd sure like to know. They sure know how to pick the stuff!

There was (maybe still is) a Goodwill-Maine, a Goodwill-Wisconsin and some others. I do not know how the user ids are set up any more. The shipping used to be extremely high!

My girlfriend runs a program for our Goodwill. There is building next to the headquarters that is the $1.00 area. It is about 1/2 city block long and is stuffed with stuff. The sheer volume of stuff they get will probably garuantee them some good finds. There is a whole used car lot to for the autos that people donate. It's huge what Goddwill does.
If you can see this my employer's cc is good enough for me to post!

Search by title and description. In the search box type "Goodwill" and "Jeans" no quotation marks. You will find Goodwill-Maine is the one with the $1000 vintage jeans auction. The pictures in that auction take about 10 minutes to load at 56K.

Anyone know the significance of the paint on that $1,000.00 pair of jeans?
