oldcountrybarn	posted on November 2, 2001 08:55:47 AM I can't find an announcement anywhere and my email to tech support remains unanswered. What is AW's plan with regard to check out?

exexec	posted on November 3, 2001 06:42:52 PM Judging by the postings on eBays "Checkout" message board...AW may not have to worry about integrating the Checkout Feature. Sellers are furious and quite a few, including Power Sellers, have pulled their auctions and cancelled their BillPoint accounts. I can't see how eBay can hold firm on this. They have to come up with a compromise or scrap it altogether. They are getting a LOT of bad press on this. A couple of protest auctions have been pulled, threads "erased", etc. By the way, check out auction 1658821305. That one won't stay up long. I'd bet the farm on it!
