I listed an auction several days ago that normally sells with a buy it now fairly easily. It was due to end tonight and had no bids, with a starting price of $1.00 (did have a reserve) I had a bidder email me that they had tried to place a bid but received an error. I went to the listing myself and put in a bid figure and hit enter to see what happened and also got an "input error" (Wasn't actually placing the bid just going to the bid review page) I cancelled the auction and relisted figuring it was just some fluke, but now the new listing is doing the exact same thing! Any ideas what would cause this? What is the Ebay email for problems such as this or is there one?
