Can someone explain how the following Paypal payment types will be charged on my credit card? I was shocked to read my credit card statement this month saying I had all these charges as a "cash advance". What will be charged as a "purchase" and what will be charged as a "cash advance"?

Service
Goods - Auction
Goods - Non-Auction
Quasi-Cash

Quasi-Cash = cash advance

That what is considered a cash advance with my credit cards, (The GM Card/MasterCard and the Bank of America/Visa Card). None of the other options (Service, Goods-Auction, Goods-Non Auction) qualify as a cash advance with either of my credit cards.

If you look on your credit card TOS it should go into detail about "Quasi-Cash."
