I have been suspended from ebay, for NPB. I purchased the item and 5 days later sent paypal. The seller sent back payment, said he relisted and sold it with a buy it now. I get the warning from ebay, contact the seller and no responce. I contact ebay with no reply. Low and behold Monday I check my ebay and I have been suspended. I email my seller and tell him I am forwarding all of his emails, the paypal payment etc. he then contacts ebay and has the NPB cancelled. Ebay sends out an email saying so. My problem is I am still suspended and would like to be able to call ebay on the phone....is this possible or should I just wait it out, I have tried every other way to get this matter cleaared up. I will state that this was my 3rd NPB, the other two were my fault, and this was two years ago. Thanks for any help.

check ebay rules,i believe 3 npb is the charm.
you may find your answer on ebay board,it could be a temporary suspension for 30 days.

"and 5 days later sent paypal"

Why would it take you this long to use paypal???

Did you let the seller know that you where sending payment???

If you have the time to bid, then best to make sure that you contact the other party.

Do your time, learn from your mistake, bow to meg and move on.

5 Days is a short time for a sell to already relist item. Did seller state in their auction # of days payment was due? Did you do the 3 day contact?

5 days is not too long to wait before making payment. And I thought a seller had to wait 10 days before filing a NPB alert.

If the seller cancelled the NPB process, it's a moot subject. Ebay will reinstate him. However, with two previous strikes, I don't think they will set any speed records in doing so. This happens to be one of Ebay's busiest times and they have a list of priorities for running the business. I don't think reinstating people for npb violations is at the top of that list. If you're trying to play the game according to the rules, I would wait until they reinstate you, open a different account with a different ID and start over from scratch. I would then ask them to NARU your present account. You will have nothing but trouble with it in the future.

The light at the end of the tunnel will turn out to be an oncoming train.

Good luck trying to call eBay. When I was trying to get 2nd ID and eBay kept telling me I was registered but it wouldn't let me launch an auction. I wrote in my email to customer service that I would like to talk with them and they told me they never have telephone conversations with their sellers. So good luck. Only by email
