There might be a better place to post this, but I can't find it, so--
If I create an auction and it goes into AW, is the listing fee charged then or is it charged when it is launched to Ebay? In other words, if I create an auction and never launch it, will I be charged the listing fee?
Also, it seems if you relist an item from Ebay page, AW charges an image hosting fee or do they charge an image hosting fee on any relist whether from AW or Ebay - anyone know?

if you launch your auctions through AW, there is no image hosting fee. you are charged for the auction when the auction is launched, not before.
if you go to your account online, you can see exactly when and what you are charged for.
this is in the my account tab at the top of the page.

I did check my account, but couldn't ascertain if fees were upon launching or creating - so thanks for the info.
In my account, I was charged for 3 image hostings of .10 each. These were relists and I think I relisted them through the Ebay page rather than the AW page. This made me think if they were relisted any way except AW page, there might be a hosting fee.
The fees are no big deal, just wanted to know for the future.

But if you relist through auction watch, EBAY seems to know it is a relist and does refund the listing fee if it sells. I found this all out the hard way. This board is great, if I had just checked it first I might have found out how it all worked.
