Picked up this old Barbie in a thift shop and would like to list her, but would like more information. Her bottom is covered with scrolls, Bs and flowers, and above her waist on the back she's marked "Mattel Inc 1966, Indonesia." Her legs are different from each other--one is straight and the other is a little bent and a little shorter. Both of her feet have slots in the soles (like she may have fit into a stand.) I'm wondering if her legs are that way on purpose, or if she's had a repair job. She turns at the waist, but her legs and arms don't bend.Also--she has some bluish stains on her legs (looks like bruises inside her skin.) Any way to get this off? Any information would be appreciated!

She is a very recent model Teresa doll. If Barbies have 1966 on their back, they are much newer. That is a patent date.

Thank you. I tried the ebay Barbie chat board but they're too busy to interrupt their conversation about who has the cutest Barbies and what they're wearing...

Sounds like the ebay board was closer to being on-topic than they usually are.
Joycel, you have to be careful with dates on collectibles. Most times they are accurate for dating the item, but there are exceptions, as with this Barbie. Another classic example are the Peanuts characters. They usually carry a date for when the character was copyrighted, not the actual year that the item was produced. As a result, I see sellers on ebay, in antique malls, and elsewhere trying to pass off Peanuts collectibles as being from the 1950s, when they are usually less than 20 years old.
All barbies are marked 1966 until one or two years ago when they change the waist mechanism. Your doll is only worth under $5.00. She is nothing special that will comand a high price you might put her up and try to sell her to someone who repaints and redresses Barbies.
Older dolls from the 1960's have a different style of face. The doll you have is a Teresa as someone said before, and I think it is Pearl Beach Teresa because I recognize the earings. The stains on her legs are not good. You should be able to bend her legs at the knee and hear a click and they will pose at various positions (unless the knee joints are broken).
I am 30 and collect Barbie dolls, I have been going to doll shows with my mom since I was about 5 years old.
